"Assetmark have recently completed work on our home at Ryde.
This was a remedial job from previously undertaken works (that was a very bad experience) that was quite complex and involved. Assetmark were courteous, professional, respectful and punctual throughout the construction process and the finished the build on time (8 weeks), they kept us informed during all stages and
encouraged us to inspect the works regularly and went out of their way to keep us at ease and confident considering our previous experience.

They displayed a meticulous attention to detail and the quality of work was fantastic. Philip was always available or made time to talk to us about the job or answer any questions we had. Charlie was the site manager, he was very friendly and approachable, he worked very hard and often quite late also, as well as on weekends when needed. He is an asset to the company.

Martin, we had less dealings with but when we did he was helpful and gave us great advice. Both Philip and Charlie would always answer their phones or reply to messages, this included after hours and weekends, this really helped us feel at ease.
It is evident that Assetmark and all of its staff take great pride in the work they do and worked as if it were their own home they were working on.

All in all, Philip, Charlie and Martin have now turn our house into a home and we are deeply grateful. We wholeheartedly recommend Assetmark. "

"We are absolutely delighted with Philip and his team. Throughout the whole process they have been very  professional, considerate, clean and just all round lovely to work with. The level of finish on the house is very good and the house was very clean and tidy at final hand over. The communication throughout the build has been great and we have found at hand over that there is very little for us to feedback on. Assertmark will go back and fix things if they haven't found the correct solution the first time round, which is amazing. They are genuinely trying to do their absolute best and it shows in their workmanship. All the site managers/ tradesmen we met were skilled, friendly and professional.
